Building Condition Reports / Emergencies / Night and Weekend Complaints
For all issues and concerns during business hours, please contact property manager Angela Johnson by telephone or email.
For night and weekend emergencies related to the facilities, call Ameri-Tech Community Management at (727) 726-8000 and follow the emergency prompts. A qualified manager will return your call personally and will be fully capable of taking appropriate action.
Please be aware that calling a Board Member most likely will delay correction. The property manager is best prepared to address both routine and emergency problems and will report any issues raised to the board or the appropriate board member.
Law Enforcement Matters
- If a situation merits contact with law enforcement, contact is best made by a witness who can file a report on which action can be taken. Second hand reports are rarely of any use for enforcement purposes. If you are able to do so, use your cell phone or camera to record the conduct of concern.
